Refund policy

 Your products are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. You agree to our terms and conditions while placing an order. We do not offer any exchange or returns once an order is placed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a NO RETURN Policy at Golden Mirror as all products are specially made on order. We only offer EXCHANGE in case of SIZE ISSUE for which customer has to send us back the outfit at their own expense. However, if you receive a product other than what you have ordered you can contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we can exchange the same for you. Kindly note that a video of unboxing the package is compulsory for the product to be eligible for exchange, in cases of wrong product being delivered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances by the Customer.
2. Golden Mirror reserves the right to cancel an order under any unforeseen circumstances. We will refund your payment (if prepaid) within 30 working days. Kindly note that payment gateways may take up to 40 days to credit such an amount to your account.
